His career highlights include major contributions to the mental health and wellbeing industry and the Australian Air Force Cadets. Paul is a Chartered Manager, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a volunteer with the NSW State Emergency Service specialising in incident management

Don spent 40 years in the ADF culminating as the Regimental Sargent-Major of the Army.

He was then appointed in July 2019 to the role of Repatriation Commissioner which was focused on the oversight of Veterans’ Support Legislation, veteran engagement and veteran mental health and wellbeing.

Don’s awards include the Medal for the Order of Australia and Member of the Order of Australia, multiple Operational Service Medals and the Defence Force Long Service Medal. Don has also been awarded the United States Army Meritorious Service Medal.​​

Tony has 35 years' experience in the financial services industry in which he has previously held a number of senior positions.

Tony is a Chartered Accountant and CA SMSF Specialist. He is a specialist member.

Tony has been Keystone’s go to financial assist mentor for over 10 years and has assisted senior executives right through to juniors at entry level positions, with the equivalent level of passion and professionalism for all.

Having worked in the regional mining industry and currently in the Local Government sector, Cindy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Keystone Australia.

Her expertise spans multiple disciplines, including governance, procurement, accounting, communications and business process improvement.

A born communicator, Cindy is dynamic in her work ethic and approach in identifying potential obstacles in productivity, she thrives in finding methods to enhance efficiencies within the team.

Anne is a highly experienced sales and customer engagement professional with a strong background across B2B and B2C environments, spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, recruitment, investor relations, and government-related sectors.

She has an extensive track record in developing new business, managing key accounts, and growing revenue through relationship-led selling, both via telephone and face-to-face engagement. A former partner in one of Australia’s leading stock broking and financial planning firms, Phil spent 15 years
working as a financial adviser before stepping away from the industry in 2016 to focus on financial coaching and education.
 

Phil has been passionate about teaching people the basics of financial management ever since his Grandma
taught him to budget using glass jars as a teenager.

Over the past 20 years Phil has had the opportunity to
coach over 500 couples and individuals and teach thousands more through workshops and online courses.

In 2018 Phil was awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship to research financial literacy and financial wellbeing programs and initiatives around the world.

The Churchill Fellowship gave Phil the opportunity to meet with government officials, policy makers, charities, educators, podcasters, program developers and researchers.

Following his research trip, Phil has had the opportunity to speak to organisations and at conferences all around
the world on the topic of financial literacy and financial wellbeing.

Mischa has recently joined Keystone Australia after moving into the private sector from the Australian Government Solicitor's Office.

Jim is one of Keystone's specialist onsite counsellors.  He specializes in couples counselling, helping partners rebuild trust and communication. He also works with individuals seeking support for life’s challenges, drawing on experience in Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation, Youth Services, and Family Violence Case Management.

Jim offers a safe and supportive space to share difficulties or concerns and to explore options and strategies to be able to move forward.

He is a former professional athlete with 15 years of experience in boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and representative rugby league. Ben’s journey has seen both incredible highs, including multiple national and international championships, and challenging lows, such as battling anxiety and depression.

Inspired by his experiences and passion for youth work, Ben became a high school youth worker in 2018. He went on to develop Find Yourself Youth Support Program in 2022.

Murray is an Addiction Specialist, who offers Specialised Counselling, General Counselling, Christian Counselling, Relationship Counselling, Individual Professional Supervision and Consulting.

With an extensive background in addictions, Murray's knowledge of the topic reaches beyond the norm having lived my own personal experience seeking help and residential rehabilitation for a drug and alcohol addiction and deteriorating mental health as a young adult.

​

I have over ten years’ professional experience in the Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) sector, and eight years professional experience as a counsellor, including six years living and working in a residential drug, alcohol & other addictions rehabilitation centre. I am also a qualified Pastoral Counsellor and Chaplain.

A Navy veteran of 35 years, Carol was amongst the first generation of women to serve at sea as Warfare Officers. Serving in all classes of warship, she enjoyed the travel, adventure and opportunity offered by a career in the Australian Defence Force, and was lucky enough
to be part of both the Decommissioning Crew of HMAS Derwent and the Commissioning Crew of HMAS Anzac. Dux of her Surface Warfare Officer course, she was then the first female Australian Principal Warfare Officer to see Active Service, onboard HMAS Darwin deployed to East Timor in 1999.

Alongside her Navy Reserve time, she explored and studied other areas of interest, including becoming an English as a Second Language Home Tutor for refugees, and completing a Masters in International Community Development, focusing on the role of women in the
rebuilding of communities post conflict or disaster. 

​

Her passion is to empower women to be entirely who they are, as she believes with authenticity comes freedom and joy, which in turn can be powerful inspiration for others to do the same. Since 2016, she has created and run many projects that help promote connection and community, including producing three books full of the profiles of incredible women.

Her goal is to remind women that they are of value, by gently nudging them to positive self-reflection, so that they acknowledge and celebrate their own worth and endeavours.
