As the founder of Keystone Australia, Tammy saw many organisations being let down by the lack of options for the provision of bespoke welfare support and teams training.

With nearly 30 years of experience in management, leadership, business operations, and administration, Tammy has a strong desire to deliver services that are easily accessible, simple to navigate and provide customer focused outcomes.

Tammy aims to lead a team that provides organisations with something more than the "cooker- cutter" approach to organisational training, welfare support and care.

Michael "Mick" George
Executive Director
Operations & National Business Services
With over 35 years experience in Leadership, Business Operations and Executive Level Management, Mick heads up all of Keystone's operational, management and business development divisions.

Mick has led multinational teams and delivers team development training for multinationals, government institutions, through to small businesses.
​
He wrote and facilitated delivery of the Character Leadership & Ethics package at the Australian Defence Force Academy.​
​
Mick holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Ministry, Workplace Training and Assessment, and he is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
He delivers bespoke packages for executive teams, as well being passionate about developing and delivering welfare and peer support programs.

She has extensive training and experience and incorporates outstanding communication and people skills, positive psychology; emotional intelligence and authenticity into all that she delivers.

Murray Sibbison

Murray is an Addiction Specialist, who offers Specialised Counselling, General Counselling, Christian Counselling, Relationship Counselling, Individual Professional Supervision and Consulting.
With an extensive background in addictions, Murray's knowledge of the topic reaches beyond the norm having lived my own personal experience seeking help and residential rehabilitation for a drug and alcohol addiction and deteriorating mental health as a young adult.

I have over ten years’ professional experience in the Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) sector, and eight years professional experience as a counsellor, including six years living and working in a residential drug, alcohol & other addictions rehabilitation centre. I am also a qualified Pastoral Counsellor and Chaplain.

Donald Spinks AM

Don spent 40 years in the ADF culminating as the Regimental Sargent-Major of the Army.
He was then appointed in July 2019 to the role of Repatriation Commissioner which was focused on the oversight of Veterans’ Support Legislation, veteran engagement and veteran mental health and wellbeing.

Don’s awards include the Medal for the Order of Australia and Member of the Order of Australia, multiple Operational Service Medals and the Defence Force Long Service Medal. Don has also been awarded the United States Army Meritorious Service Medal.​​

Phil McGilvray

A former partner in one of Australia’s leading stock broking and financial planning firms, Phil spent 15 years
working as a financial adviser before stepping away from the industry in 2016 to focus on financial coaching and education.
Phil has been passionate about teaching people the basics of financial management ever since his Grandma
taught him to budget using glass jars as a teenager.

Carol Hay
Keystone Mentor and Leadership Consultant
A Navy veteran of 35 years, Carol was amongst the first generation of women to serve at sea as Warfare Officers. Serving in all classes of warship, she enjoyed the travel, adventure and opportunity offered by a career in the Australian Defence Force, and was lucky enough
to be part of both the Decommissioning Crew of HMAS Derwent and the Commissioning Crew of HMAS Anzac. Dux of her Surface Warfare Officer course, she was then the first female Australian Principal Warfare Officer to see Active Service, onboard HMAS Darwin deployed to East Timor in 1999.
​
Alongside her Navy Reserve time, she explored and studied other areas of interest, including becoming an English as a Second Language Home Tutor for refugees, and completing a Masters in International Community Development, focusing on the role of women in the
rebuilding of communities post conflict or disaster.
​
Her passion is to empower women to be entirely who they are, as she believes with authenticity comes freedom and joy, which in turn can be powerful inspiration for others to do the same. Since 2016, she has created and run many projects that help promote connection and community, including producing three books full of the profiles of incredible women.
Her goal is to remind women that they are of value, by gently nudging them to positive self-reflection, so that they acknowledge and celebrate their own worth and endeavours.
